The organic extra virgin olive oil flavoured with esveal lemon comes from the ancient Mediterranean tradition of flavoured oils. From the infusion of lemon peels in the oil is in fact obtained the lemon flavoured extra virgin olive oil. It is particularly suitable to accompany a large number of dishes, it enriches the flavours of any dish with its unmistakable fragrance.
Excellent for culinary use it is fabulous for dressing fresh salads, for the preparation of preserves and is also suitable for preserving vegetables in jars.
